Designed for triathletes to improve their swimming skills, endurance & speed. Early season will focus on stroke technique & kick. Mid-season will focus on speed. Late season & summer will focus on pace work.
Adult Program:
Swim times for Triathlon Swim Stroke Development (each workout is 1.25 hours long) Evening: Tuesday + Thursday 8:15-9:30pm
