Fitness: Designed for swimmers
who want to work on their fitness through swimming
and develop strong competitive stroke techniques.
Proper stroke mechanics are taught & blended
with a training program to fit their level of
conditioning. Swimmers may compete at the various
levels of competition.
Competitive: Designed for swimmers
planning to compete at local, provincial, national
& international meets. Practices are structured
to offer intensive training with the primary
focus on Canadian Championships. Other meets
are scheduled to fit the needs of the group.
In addition to pool time, this group will take
part in stretching prior to each practice and
specialized dryland training once/week.
Your choice of practices/week...
Each practice is 1.5
hours long (Sundays are 1.5 hour + 1/2hour specialty work).
Early morning: Tuesday + Wednesday + Friday 6-7:30am
Mid morning: Tuesday + Thursday + Friday 10-11:30am
Evening: Monday + Wednesday 7:30-9pm, Tuesday + Thursday Dryland and Advanced Skills Development 8-9:30pm
Weekend: Sunday 8-10am
Competitive Technical (ARC)
Sunday 9:30-10am FREE to all members (learn how to do proper turns, stroke drills, flip turns and more)
